Illustrative lettering poster with the quote “I was sent here to ensure that Authentic, Kindhearted, Virtuous and Talented beings Flourish far more Gracefully than those who are not.” – SCD Balaji, Wishion Mentor. A richly detailed Indian folklore-inspired night garden scene shows men, women, and children in traditional attire offering food, flowers, and kindness to peacocks and one another, symbolizing compassion, virtue, and generosity. Warm golden typography glows against deep blue tones with temples, trees, and blooming plants in the background.
My childhood was filled with movies, folklore, stories and morals about how good people win, good triumphs over evil, miracles happen to good people, and how they flourish etc.,
I learned and observed that if you do things which are good or bad to people, the same thing will happen to you. This isn’t Karma, it is a metaphysical metaphor of Newton’s 3rd law.
“For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.”
Do you agree with me?
Once I grew up, the same people who taught me those morals guided me in contrast… stating that, “Authentic, kindhearted, virtuous, talented beings can’t survive here gracefully. So be smart, diplomatic, selfish or cunning to survive here.” The reality is also a little closer to this…This shook me deeply.
But if you ask me what the real answer is, or who the winner is, or which is the safer or correct path to take, the answer is “I don’t know”, honestly. But from childhood, I chose a side and decided to stand by it till the end, no matter what happens.
I told myself, The prophecy of my birth is to prove to this world that authentic, kindhearted, virtuous and talented people flourish far more gracefully than those who are not. And I am excited for this adventurous journey ahead!
Which path do you follow: Authenticity despite Challenges or Adaptability for Survival?
