Never underestimate a fool's gathering. I have never taken one lightly. In politics, in history, in mythology, in any field of work: Beware of fools.
Wherever foolishness gathers, the wise scatter. The fools inherit a paradise of their own making and the wise mourn alone.
So what makes the gathering of fools so strong? They carry less ego. They embrace each other's stupidities. They take nothing personally. They are shameless, ready to do anything, ally with anyone, chase any prize. Above all, they possess what the wise so rarely do: Togetherness.
And worst of all, they are certain. The less fools know, the surer they stand. They do not know what they do not know, and they mistake that blindness for vision. A single such fool is a joke. Ten thousand of them, marching in step, become a movement, a verdict, a flag.
The so-called wise are too clever to see it. Each one guards their own opinion, too proud to agree, too clever to compromise. Now more than ever, they must gather to scatter the fools, for unity is the one weapon foolishness has already mastered.
Remember: A fool alone is Harmless. A fool with a crowd writes History.
