A dramatic red-and-black scene shows a modern woman seated at a computer watching a lion speaking into a microphone on a YouTube-style screen, while a dark wolf above manipulates the lion like a puppet with strings—symbolizing fake influence and online manipulation. Smoke-like wires flow around the screen, creating a tense digital atmosphere in anime style
There is a trend on social media called Day In My Life (DIML). It started with YouTube, then it spread across TikTok, Instagram, and now LinkedIn.
While many genuine professionals on LinkedIn and Instagram share their DIML to inspire others, some individuals without real credentials or experience create fake personas and manipulate algorithms to build large audiences through this.
Have you seen these posts with candid photos:
   • Today I ate breakfast, and it transformed my life :)
   • Today I walked for 2 mins, I feel rejuvenated ;)
   • Today I took a bath, it is a rebirth of the day ;|
And it goes on…
Have you even for once researched your favourite influencers’ business profile, industry experience, who their clients are, what projects they worked on or their portfolio and testimonials… We know nothing! This is how the scammers work:
   1. They Post Meticulously (to crack the algorithm)
   2. They get higher reach
   3. Higher reach = Validated Trust
   4. Sell anything
   5. Get rich
   6. Spam an industry
That’s a Template.
Beware: Your attention is valuable. Make sure you’re giving it to people who are actually authentic. Be internet literate, not ignorant. All the storytellers are not… :)
