The most sacred word in a Guru-Shishya bond is "The Chosen One." The destined one for a greater vision or mission of God, guided by a Guru.
True Gurus won't ask permission from shishyas to elevate them. Nor will they explain or prove it, since time is the only blessing a Guru cannot afford to waste. Moreover, shishyas can't see, understand or perceive what Gurus can foresee.
But how will you know you are the Chosen One?
1. A Guru who transformed you in the past is humbly trying to pull you back in all possible ways.
2. A Guru who expects nothing from you, yet is chasing you to offer what you truly need.
3. The Guru whom you remember every day, yet hesitate to connect with, though you are desperate to.
4. You want to walk the path of a Guru, yet you cannot let go of the comfort zone that has quietly consumed you.
5. You fear what a Guru will reveal to you, yet you know that truth is the very light you are searching for.
If you relate to even one of these, you are the Chosen One. Your destined Guru is coming for you. And with or without your consent, you will be carried onto the path of your destiny.
The only question is,
Do you have the sacred patience to wait endlessly, or will you turn inward and walk towards your Guru now?
